Advanced Conversational Chinese

This course is designed for participants who have a spoken vocabulary of more than 500 words. It is appropriate for those who have studied Chinese at the Confucius Institute or elsewhere, including students who have studied Chinese or lived in China previously and are looking for an opportunity to regain or maintain spoken language skills. The topics of conversation vary, geared to the specific interests of the students enrolled. Some students may choose to repeat this class, to continue practicing conversation skills.

  • Duration: 12 weeks, one session per week, 1.5 hours per session.
  • Section 1: Thursdays, 7:00pm – 8:30pm (Jan. 26- April 27, no class: March 23 and April 06), Overland Park Edwards Campus
  • Course fee: $250, includes instructional materials.
